Bird of Ambition

When the bird of ambition expands her wings;
Honour and success are her nest;
Before the pace of a lofty mind,
The sphere of is the smallest ball;

And listen my friends that a falcon,
Though he may be all white and matchless,
If he hunts mice he is contemtable and worthless;

And if an owl fixes his affection on a King
He is falcon in reality, regard not his outward form.
